GYROTONIC® Supervised Apprentice Review Course
This course is part 3 out of 4 to become a certified Level 1 instructor. We will review material from the level 1 Foundation Training and and go deeper into the understanding of the why behind the structure of the system.

In this course Gyrokinesis Pre-Trainers review the course curriculum, verbal and tactile cues and other teaching tools that are utilized in the Gyrotonic Pre-Training Course. Open to all Pre-Trainers in Debra's network.
GYROKINESIS® Supervised Apprentice Review Course
This course is part 3 out of 4 to become a certified Level 1 instructor. We will review material from the level 1 Foundation Training and go deeper into the understanding of the energetics of the system.

GYROTONIC® Level 1 as a Musical Journey
In this course you will have the opportunity to experience Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis movement sequences that have been paired with music created specifically to flow with the rhythm and intention of the work.

This course exists as a course on its own, teaching you a specific format that is right smack between level 1 and level 2. Many of the exercises are what I first learned when Juliu was teaching his weekly classes at his original White Cloud studio in NYC. Additionally it serves as a prerequisite for the level 2 course.
